Michael Benedetto
Hello! I am a member of the employer relations team at the UCC and focus on engaging with employers from a variety of industries who are looking to connect with U-M students. I love to interact with students to learn more about their interests and career aspirations in order to better connect them with potential employers. I work directly with undergraduate and recently graduated students in both 1 on 1 and group settings to help guide them on their career journey.
Kirsten Elling, Ph.D.
Greetings! As an Assistant Director, I support the career development of U-M's Ph.D. students through 1:1 career counseling, program development and delivery, and service as liaison to Rackham Graduate School. Additionally, I consult and collaborate with U-M faculty in support of graduate student career development. I’ve been engaged in gender and diversity issues throughout my career, and enjoy working with graduate students at all stages of their career and educational journeys.
Joelle Fundaro Randall
As an Assistant Director, I am passionate about connecting with students, whether they're undergrads just starting their journey or graduate students honing their career paths. My role is all about helping students figure out how to express their skills, values, and passions when it comes to their future careers. I love spending my time coaching students one-on-one, as well as facilitating workshops, programs, and events. An energizer of mine is supporting students to develop and grow as future trailblazers.

Meagan Hart-Molloy
Welcome! I serve as an Assistant Director managing Employer Relations & Strategic Initiatives within the University Career Center. In this role, I lead our employer engagement strategy and our employer relations team. I also have the privilege of meeting with students to discuss their career exploration and development.

As the Social Media & Community Engagement Strategist, I manage the University Career Center’s online presence ⏤ including the UCC’s website/online tools, email campaigns, and social media accounts. Ané Holland
Aloha everyone; I am one of the UCC's Career Coaches. I’m energized when I help students realize their personal strengths and the confidence they need to succeed. I provide personalized guidance, resume and cover letter reviews, job search and gap year planning, networking, Handshake overview, interviewing tips, behavioral mock interviews, and medical school mock interviews. I also lead the Clothes Closet and serve as the UCC liaison to Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) and Native American Student Association (NASA).
Louise E. Jackson
As the Director of the University Career Center, I am deeply passionate about empowering students through higher education and career development support. I have had the privilege of working with institutions such as the University of California system and the University of Michigan's Alumni Association, where I served the 650,000-strong alumni community. This experience has allowed me to gain valuable insights into the diverse needs and aspirations of students and alumni alike. I earned a master's degree in higher education from the School of Education in 2010.

As the Senior Associate Director, I spend my time facilitating for today and planning for tomorrow. I believe in the power of possibilities, unfettered thinking, and an open mind. Zachary Tanana
Hello. As Office Manager of the University Career Center my focus is geared toward the business operations of the center. I support the department in the areas of budget/finance, human resources, procurement, facilities and organizational compliance.
On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, cooking, and reading most things non-fiction.

Nicholas Vanderpool
Hi, my name is Nick, and I am the Pre-Professional Services Coordinator at the UCC. I support U-M Pre-Health and Pre-Law students as they navigate planning their careers, including exploring career options, pursuing volunteer and other experiences outside of the classroom, and understanding the various considerations necessary for applying to programs. Aside from working 1 on 1 with U-M students, I manage the UCC’s Health and Law career tracks, as well as our Med App and Gearing Up to Apply (GUTA) canvas sites.

Juhi is a Student Coordinator for the Lansing Public Service Intern Program after spending a year as a participant in the program in Ann Arbor and Lansing. She is a rising junior in the Ford School, studying public policy. She is passionate about guiding students as they explore potential careers in public service through state government-level internships in Lansing. In the past, Juhi has previousl interned with the office of Rep. Will Snyder and the Democratic OneCampaign for Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
Evan Boyd
I am a sophomore from Chicago, Illinois majoring in Business Administration in the Ross School of Business. I am currently on the executive board of the Black Business Undergraduate Society serving in the ambassador role and I am also the VP of Events for Diverse Leaders for Tomorrow. I will be working as a Peer Advisor for the UCC. During my free time, I enjoy playing basketball and spending time with friends. I am also an avid shoe collector and love shoes.
Max Burgida
Max Burgida is a senior from New Jersey studying Industrial & Operations Engineering. As the Recruitment & Fairs Assistant, he supports employers on the University's recruitment service, Handshake, and helps with university-wide fairs and on-campus interviews. Outside of work and school Max enjoys acting, watching movies, watching and playing sports, biking, hiking, camping, and hanging out with friends. Max also has a passion for travel, which was ignited by studying abroad in Sydney, Australia.
Gabriella Hani
Gabriella Hani is a Sophomore from Chicago, Illinois, majoring in Movement Science at the School of Kinesiology. Beyond academics she thrives on moments with loved ones, exploring new restaurants, traveling and dedicating her time to volunteering at the University Health Services PT clinic. Soon, shell extend her support as an information desk assistant at the UCC, exemplifying her commitment to both her education and community.
Katie Keim
Katie Keim is a Student Coordinator for the Public Service Intern Program after a year in the program in Ann Arbor and Washington DC. She is a rising junior in the Ford School, studying public policy with minors in economics and history. She is a first-generation college student and extremely passionate about working with other first-generation students to expand their opportunities. Katie has interned at the Federal and Local levels of government, along with the Wayne County Public Defender’s Office.
Hailey Love
Hailey Love is Sophomore from Chicago, Illinois majoring in Business Administration in the Ross School of Business and minoring in Writing. Hailey is currently a Business Analyst Lead for Apex Consulting, a Financial Analyst for BlackGen Capital, and the Vice President of Membership and External Relations for the Black Business Undergraduate Society. She also serves as a Student Assistant for the Lloyd Scholars for Writing and the Arts program and a model for EnspiRed Modeling group.
Bridget Liston
Hi! My name is Bridget Liston and I am a Junior studying PPE (Politics, Philosophy, and Economics) Program within LSA. I grew up moving around Europe and Asia but most recently lived in the DC Area. As the Career Fair Assistant, I help with the UCC fair logistics and provide support in managing the university’s recruitment service, Handshake. On campus, I am the Vice President of Market Research for Michigan Advertising & Marketing (MAM). I love traveling (I plan to go abroad this spring!), especially trying new foods, and hope to work internationally in the future.
Sofia Espinosa
Hi everyone, my name is Sofia Espinosa and I’m serving as a Clothes Closet Coordinator! I am from Bloomfield Hills, MI, and I’m majoring in business and minoring in creative writing. Aside from my role in the UCC, I am also involved in professional and social greek life, along with some cultural clubs like ALPFA. My hobbies include completing daily sudokus, listening to music or fashion related podcasts, and playing pickleball with my friends. Excited to help out this year :)
Taylor Newton
Taylor is a Sophomore from Chicago, Illinois majoring in Biology, Health and Society in the College of LSA. She serves on the executive board of the Black Undergraduate Medical Association and is an active member of many other clubs including the Black Student Union and the University Blood Initiative. A fun fact about Taylor is she has been shark diving without a cage with marine biologists in the Pacific Ocean! Taylor will be assisting people as an Informational Desk Assistant and a Peer Advisor at the UCC!

Hi, my name is Dayo Ogundipe (Die-yo Oh-goon-dee-pay) I am a Junior from Detroit, Michigan majoring in Material Science and Engineering in the college of Engineering. I am the Vice President of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Phi Chapter and an e-board member of H.E.A.D.S. Besides my academics, I love to be around good company. In my free time I enjoy many things.
Ryan Tippy
Ryan is a Junior from South Lyon, Michigan. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Science. On campus, Ryan is involved in his pre-health fraternity Delta Epsilon Mu and does research on synthetic polymer chemistry. In his free time, Ryan loves to run, bike, ski, and hike.
Luke Nelson
Luke Nelson is a rising sophomore at the University of Michigan and a Student Coordinator for the Public Service Internship Program. Luke plans on majoring in public policy at the Ford school while taking on minors in law, justice, and social change as well as real estate. He is incredibly passionate about housing policy and environmental issues with the hopes of pursuing a career in those areas after graduation. Outside of school, Luke enjoys running, cooking, and hiking in nature!

Tina (she/they) is a Metro Detroit, Michigan-raised first-year student pursuing International Studies and Economics. She serves as the Student Marketing Assistant for the University Career Center, Social Media Coordinator for AccessScholarships, and Organization Peer Advisor for the Center for Campus Involvement.
Beyond the classroom and workplace, Tina enjoys pilates, learning languages, curating culturally-varied music playlists, and going on spontaneous adventures with her friends and family.

Barbie Weingust is a senior at the University of Michigan majoring in Communications and Media. She is passionate about women’s advocacy, loves fashion, enjoys watching Friends reruns, and thrives in social environments, always eager to make new friends. Barbie has experience in PR, education, and outreach, and is excited about using her skills to uplift diverse voices.

Eva is a senior from Warren, MI, majoring in Actuarial Mathematics. She is currently part of the Business Division on the UM Solar Car Team and serves as a mentor in the Chinese Student Association. This year, she will partake in both as an information desk assistant and a peer advisor. Outside of school, she enjoys exploring towns, spotting bridges, watching sunrises/sunsets, and driving around admiring different cities. She has recently started getting into snowboarding and is excited to start the season off with new gear.
