As the Senior Associate Director, I spend my time facilitating for today and planning for tomorrow. I believe in the power of possibilities, unfettered thinking, and an open mind. It is an absolute privilege to work with the University Career Center’s talented staff and I encourage you to put their expertise to work for you. But don't stop there! I have worked with students, employers, alumni/ae, and University colleagues! They are all eager to help as you explore, decide, and launch your career. Take advantage of all that the U (and beyond) has to offer!
(Even more) Advice for students: Remember, it's okay to take things at your own pace. Everyone's journey is different, and what works for one person might not work for another. Stay focused on your own path, ask for help, talk to lots of people, celebrate even the small wins, and enjoy the tasks at hand even as look to the future.
