A campus presentation allows you to introduce students to both your industry and your specific organization, acquaint them with your company's culture, and connect them with recent UM hires who are succeeding within your organization.
We recommend that you contact University Conference & Event Services or Palmer Commons to reserve space for your information sessions. Students from all class levels and fields of study are familiar with these venues.
Please note, the Michigan Union will be closed for renovations Spring 2018 - Winter 2020.
Presentations should be scheduled for no earlier than one week after classes begin. Refer to the University academic calendar for this and other important dates.
Once you have confirmed your presentation date, time, and location you may enter these details and a brief description of the event into your account on Handshake, our online recruiting system. University of Michigan students will then be able to see it from their own Handshake accounts and it will be included in our office calendar of events.
