Hello! As Office Manager of the University Career Center (UCC) I manage all of the department's business operations. Specifically I manage the areas of budget & finance, human resources, procurement, facilities and organizational compliance. Before coming to the UCC, I served as a supervisor at Michigan Medicine, leading a frontline team through the rapidly changing landscape of the covid-19 pandemic.
I hold a bachelors degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Masters in Business Administration from Longwood University, graduating with Phi Kappa Phi honors. I am a member of the University Lowbrow Astronomers, and serve on the board of an NGO focused on international community development.
On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, cooking, and reading most things non-fiction, especially anything to do with the fields of science and history.
