As an Assistant Director, I am passionate about connecting with students, whether they're undergrads just starting their journey or graduate students honing their career paths. My role is all about helping students figure out how to express their skills, values, and passions when it comes to their future careers. I love spending my time coaching students one-on-one, as well as facilitating workshops, programs, and events. An energizer of mine is supporting students to develop and grow as future trailblazers.
I'm Elizabeth, and I serve on our employer relations team, where I build and maintain relationships with top employers across various industries who are interested in recruiting UM students. I enjoy learning more about the qualities and skills employers are seeking in our students.

I provide personalized guidance, resume and cover letter reviews, job search and gap year planning, networking, Handshake overview, interviewing tips, behavioral mock interviews, and medical school mock interviews. I also lead the Clothes Closet and serve as the UCC liaison to Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) and Native American Student Association (NASA).
