Lynn Halton is a proud alum of the Public Service Intern Program (PSIP), which celebrated its 50th year of internships in DC in 2019. Her 2 PSIP internships were at the United Nations’ International Labor Office and the AAUP, where she planned their summer conference. Since graduating from U-M in Political Science and BGSU in Higher Education Student Affairs, Lynn has taught Employment Skills classes and coordinated cooperative education programs at Henry Ford College, worked in Career Services at UM-Dearborn, and returned to the a2 campus with the Center for Educational Outreach. She is a proud 3 time Michigan parent and her youngest child was in the Michigan Marching Band. In her community, Lynn has been an active leader in PTAs at 6 schools, on the Board of Directors for the Farmington/Farmington HIlls Foundation for Youth and Families, and is the Immediate Past Chair of Farmington Youth Assistance.
