Clarence is extremely passionate about working with students in the process of self-exploration, career preparation, and life planning. Clarence works with students via individual coaching appointments and also provides programming and presentations that aids students in career development. Specifically, Clarence will be managing the Emerging Wolverines Program and providing programming for doctoral students at U of M. He is also the liaison to the Comprehensive Studies Program and U of M athletics. Clarence is passionate about social justice and equity, education, sports (generally), and Gator Football (Go Gators!).
Clarence received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Counseling and Counselor Education from the University of Florida. He also received a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University Teachers College.
