Clarence is extremely passionate about working with students in the process of self-exploration, career preparation, and life planning. Clarence works with students via individual coaching appointments and also provides programming and presentations that aids students in career development. Specifically, Clarence will be leading the University Career Center in providing appointments and programming for doctoral students at U of M. He is also the liaison to the Rackham Graduate School. Clarence is passionate about social justice and equity, education, sports (generally), and Gator Football (Go Gators!).
Clarence received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Counseling and Counselor Education from the University of Florida. He also received a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University Teachers College.
