Think about times in your life that you are most proud of. For example, times in which you wanted to share your experience with friends and family.

Ask yourself, "What happened here? What did I do? What did I exceed at?"

More often than not these moments of reflection provide a great opportunity to discover what you're good at (i.e., your strengths) as well as what you like (i.e., your passions).

Be sure to bring these types of talking points into your conversation when talking with employers because they provide a great opportunity to showcase who you are.
