The Veggiecation® Program is an evidence-based culinary, nutrition education program that introduces young students to the delicious and nutritious world of vegetables. Hands-on experiences and fun-filled activities inspire children (and adults) to explore new vegetables through engaged learning, tasting and discovering their truly delightful qualities. It is the mission of Veggiecation® to promote and educate communities on the health benefits of vegetables and how to prepare them in simple, unique, affordable, and most importantly, delicious ways.
Veggiecation LLC has had incredible success with their online training program for individuals that are passionate about whole health education and nutrition. Participants not only learn how to teach our signature cooking classes, they also receive the training and tools to start their own business as a certified Veggiecator Educator or provide service to their community. This is the perfect opportunity for current or graduating students who are looking to make extra income doing something they love and gain experience in their chosen field. The certification also adds substance to a recent graduate's resume.

SALLY'S PICK: NBA Associate Program 2017 at National Basketball Association

With 7000+ job/internships postings in Handshake it can be hard to know where to start. I like the keyword search and saved search features to manage postings and found the Associate Program using the keyword: sports.
It’s a rotational program with assignments across the NBA, WBNA and NBA Development Program. 6-month assignments can include operations, legal, social responsibility and player programs, global strategy and more. You’ll need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership experience and fluency in a second language is a plus.

Fashion Week is offering a 12-week internship for college students to write stories on fashion, business, new products, upcoming trends, and more! This program will allow you to work on your writing skills while also building your own personal portfolio. You'll gain practical training and receive feedback from editors and professional journalists all from the comfort of your own home. This is a remote experience meaning that you are able to work your 15 hours a week on your own schedule, giving you flexibility to work as you please.
What's great about this experience is that you're able to write about things in fashion that are of interest to you. If you're someone that is hoping to break into the fashion industry someday, this is a great place to start. This will allow you to work on some of your own pieces that can later be used as a portfolio to show to future potential employers.
