KATHLEEN'S PICK: Production Coordinator - Entry Level Analytical Role at Volcom

Looking for a full-time role in the fashion industry? Check out this Production Coordinator position at Volcom in California!

I found this position by clicking on 'full-time' for opportunities and 'fashion' under employer industry. In the posting, Volcom starts off by sharing a little bit about their organizations beliefs, which I thought was cool to see! One part that caught my eye was the line noting, 'A creative courage to tempt the impossible… And embrace the strange.' That sounds like a fun place to be!

Since it's officially getting cold out, I thought it was awesome to see that this position is in sunny Costa Mesa, CA- a city in Orange County, which is a great location. What's interesting is that this role is highly analytical. If you're someone that's exceptionally organized, enjoys excel, and is a 'numbers' person, this might be the right fit for you! Volcom is looking for someone with the ability to multi-task and prioritize problems, calculate various figures, and have a strong understanding of the production process. To see more, check out this posting before it expires on 12/30/17!

CHELSEA'S PICK: Service Coordinator at Community Access, Inc.

I pulled this position because I work with so many students on the hunt for a job focused in the non-profit industry. This job allows employees to serve individuals living with mental health concerns, and it sounds like a job that will allow you to make a big impact in the community. It's also in NYC--that doesn't sound like a bad place to live after graduation!

I found this position in the "jobs" tab by searching for "social assistance" in the employer industry filter. If you add "New York City" on top of that, you'll be able to find other similar jobs in the area. Check it out today!

Hannah's pick for cool jobs & internships

HANNAH'S PICK: Intern at the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) - Fellowship Program

The Prevention Internship Program was started by the Mental Health Services Administration's Center for Substance Abuse Prevention. It is designed to create and promote a successful community of mental health professionals. Additionally, the program is aimed at preparing interns to work in the mental health and substance abuse fields. To achieve this goal, interns are given opportunities to gain experience and strengthen the skills needed to work in this field.

This program is looking for interns who have a strong interest in behavioral health. As an intern, you would gain research, writing, and presentation skills. This seems like a great opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in mental health to build their resume and gain valuable experience in the field. I found this job posting by filtering the Location to Michigan, selecting "Healthcare Services" under Job Function, and selecting Junior and Senior under School Year.
