NATE'S PICK: Research & Program Manager at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business
APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 30, 2018

Do you have research experience? Want to work in Higher Ed? Somewhat interested in marketing? Then consider becoming a Research & Program Manager! Some of the world’s coolest research is taking place at the University of Chicago’s business school ⏤ and you could be a part of ensuring that continues. Help support scholars/researchers with their work so that it can get published and shared out. In this role you’d be assisting with supporting IRB protocol submissions and amendments; writing literature reviews; preparing reports on progress and findings; and organizing/consolidating information on research projects from across the department. I imagine you’ll get an inside look that very few people are privy to as you help take an idea from thought to paper, over and over and over again. You’ll also get a chance to help get the word out about the projects you’re helping with. It seems like an excellent first step if you yourself envision leading out research projects in the future or just a great fit in general if you’d rather just be around these types of projects without the need to lead them. Oh and you get to live in Chicago! :-)
