Hangout with The Career Center

Image that reads "Google + Hangout with The Career Center"

Hangout with The Career Center programs are specially designed mini-workshops aimed at tackling a specific career related issue.  They are similar to a workshop or group appointment in that students are able to interact with their peers and a Career Center Advisor, but they are able to do this from the comfort of their own home using a Google+ account.  We have a variety of Hangouts for students in their freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior year, and each is tailored specifically to what a student may be exploring during that time.  For example, a group of freshmen who are getting acclimated to U-M and starting to think about potential majors, sophomores who aren’t quite sure how their major might translate to a career, juniors who are starting to explore internship options, or a group of seniors in the midst of their job search.   Consider signing up for one of our Hangout with The Career Center programs!  Scroll all the way down to see our new hangout series for freshmen.
